TIMELINE FOR FOR THE RIVERVIEW ROAD PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
(Updated January 8, 2008)

It is the City’s desire that a redevelopment contract be executed with the selected respondent in early 2008 and that construction of the project would begin no later than summer 2009, or earlier, if possible. Note: This is a tentative timeline, which is subject to change:

  • Posting / distribution of RFP: June 18, 2007
  • CPED informational meeting: June 29, 2007
  • Submission deadline for proposals: August 31, 2007
  • Review/evaluation of proposals: September 20, 2007
  • Invitations out to Developers re Presentations: September 27, 2007
  • Proposal Presentations to Neighborhood: October 11, 2007
  • Developer Presentations to Review Committee: October 15, 2007
  • Review Committee discussion: Oct 17, 2007
  • Neighborhood comments due: October 31, 2007
  • Review Committee Recommendations (1st meeting): December 3, 2007
  • Review Committee Recommendations (Final meeting): December 11, 2007
  • Report to Community Development Committee Regarding Developer Selection: January 8, 2008
  • City Council Decision, (Regular Meeting): January 18, 2008
