IRS Form 990

IRS Form 990 is an informational tax form that most tax-exempt organizations must file annually. In a nutshell, the form gives the IRS an overview of the organization's activities, governance and detailed financial information.

Organizations must electronically file this form to apply for recognition of exemption from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3).

The Nokomis East Neighborhood Association believes every person has the right to a safe, healthy home and a welcoming community that values Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We agree that each community member, volunteer, advocate, and employee must have equal access to solving community problems and acting on opportunities.

NENA Bylaws

The bylaws of an organization are the internal rules that govern how an organization is run.
