Housing & Development Committee Meeting

The NENA Housing and Development Committee encourages advocacy, sharing information, and connecting community members with necessary resources regarding topics of the community's built environment. This committee addresses the housing affordability shortage, and the necessary integration of neighborhoods (multi-family rentals feeling disjointed from single-family homes), support mixed use walkable, transit connected, and local economic development. This committee believes all should be able to enjoy NENA’s neighborhoods with access to housing that is affordable, accessible, and stable, transportation that is safe, reliable, and sustainable, and thriving small businesses.
