Nokomis Reads

We teamed up with Hennepin County Library and Crosstown Covenant Church to create a new reading group focused on the issues of social justice! For our first book, we will discuss poverty in the USA. Together, we'll read the book, listen to a few podcasts and discuss poverty in the United States, contributing factors, and what we can do to actively fight poverty in America.

Nokomis Library already has copies reserved for anybody who would like to join and The Irreverent Bookworm, a local bookstore ordered extra copies for anybody interested in purchasing a book locally.
