About the event
Join our Community Care Stewards for a peaceful Community Care Hour.
During this hour, the community is invited into a peaceful, restful practice of relaxation. Each week, NENA's Community Care Steward, Audrey McCann, will offer activities like guided meditations, progressive muscle relaxation, structured reflection exercises, and more.
We ask that children have adults to supervise. All are welcome!
We will be in the multipurpose room at the Morris Park Recreation Center from 3:30-4:30pm each Monday in June and July. If you have questions please contact Audrey at audrey.mccann@nokomiseast.org.
